Kaia F.I.T. Fitness Classes

Kaia is a year-round program where you'll increase fitness levels and become more motivated about exercise and healthy eating. You'll enjoy inspiring workouts and enjoy continual nutritional support.

Yoga & Meditation Classes

Our classes combine yoga, pilates and strength training. Don't worry if you've never attended a yoga class before and don't worry if you are limited by injuries – there’s a variation for every pose.
